title colours for sticky/announcement posts???

for clarity sake; hows about a hardcoded title text colour so we anyone can glance and see if there are any sticky or announcement threads...


helps raise the importance visually.. gonna be all too easy to get lost in the sea of regular threads when it all gets going... just like SN... yay! :roll:
