Very basic query. What does the charge actually mean? My old boss has been in the local papers today now that he's back in court after being found/caught and pretty much all of his charge sheet is based on aquiring/converting.
Cheers

criminal property is (in effect) the proceeds of crime. It can be cash that has been stolen, or received as a result of an illegal act eg selling drugs, or it can be whatever you have bought using such money.
